“I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.”

Thanksgiving is not a one-off thing; true appreciation never ends. However, many persons find it difficult to remember, not to talk of thanking God for a blessing received in the past. It is discipline to even thank God for your salvation, healing or breakthrough years after He perfected such in your life.

The blessings of God are forever, hence our thanks to Him for what He has done should never cease. As your thanksgiving remains before Him concerning that which he has done for you, so also will your blessing remain and get even bigger. Say Amen!

Draw out a list of those things that you received from God this year. Also draw a list of persons through whom God has blessed you, and take it upon yourself to express your gratitude to them once and again. As you recommit yourself to thanking God again and again for your blessings, those blessings would remain fresh and preserved even for a longer period. Hallelujah!
